Cainiao Malaysia September Energy Points Event
Cainiao Malaysia’s September 2026 Energy Points event is now available. Complete daily check-ins, invite friends and place consolidation orders to earn Energy Points, which can be used to redeem discounts or enter the prize draw.
Event period
According to the event rules, the event runs from:
25 August 2026 at 00:00 to 30 September 2026 at 23:59:59, Beijing time.
How to join
- Update the Cainiao app or Cainiao mini program to the latest version.
- Sign in and make sure the current site is set to Malaysia.
- Open the September Energy Points event from the home page.
- Complete tasks and collect the Energy Points shown on the event page.
- Use your points to redeem rewards, or tap Spin to enter the prize draw.
The event has three main areas: the task list, reward centre and prize wheel. You do not need to finish everything at once. Start with the daily check-in, then choose referral or consolidation tasks based on your shipping plans.
How to earn Energy Points
Daily check-in
The event page offers rewards for checking in on seven consecutive days. Each daily check-in awards Energy Points, and selected streak milestones may include an additional reward. Return to the page each day and tap Sign In.
Complete simple tasks
You may also see tasks such as following Cainiao’s official channels or adding its WhatsApp or WeChat account. Each task displays its own Energy Points reward. After completing a task, return to the event page and confirm that the points have been credited.
Invite friends
The page shows that an existing user referral may award 20 Energy Points to both users, while inviting a new user may offer a higher reward. Open Details first to check whether registration, order consolidation or other conditions apply.
Earn points from consolidation orders
During the event, you can unlock tiered Energy Points rewards by completing consolidation orders. The Malaysia page currently shows:
| Consolidation orders completed | Reward shown |
|---|---|
| 1 order | 10 Energy Points |
| 2 orders | 20 Energy Points |
| 3 orders | 30 Energy Points |
| 5 orders | 60 Energy Points |
| 10 orders | 120 Energy Points |
How to use Energy Points
For a more predictable reward, open the Redeem centre. The Malaysia rules page currently lists these tiers:
| Energy Points required | Reward available |
|---|---|
| 20 Energy Points | RMB 2 discount with no minimum spend |
| 40 Energy Points | RMB 5 off RMB 49 |
| 60 Energy Points | RMB 8 off RMB 69 |
| 80 Energy Points | RMB 15 off RMB 99 |
To try the prize draw, open the event wheel and tap Spin. The prize pool shown on the page includes tablets, smartphones, robot vacuum cleaners, shipping discounts and other rewards. The required points, live inventory and draw results are determined by the event page.
Check for another discount before paying
After completing your tasks and before paying the international shipping fee, check the rewards already available on the checkout page. Malaysia users can also try entering MYSAVE in the promo code field, then compare the final amount before and after applying it.
Whether an event reward can be combined with MYSAVE, and which shipping routes are eligible, depends on the current account and checkout page. Use the final payable amount shown before payment as the actual discount result.
Before you join
- Reward tiers may be adjusted by each country site, so do not assume that rewards from the US or another market apply to Malaysia.
- Tasks, redemption inventory and prizes may change. Check the latest Malaysia event page before claiming a reward.
- Open the task details before completing a referral or order requirement.
- The deadline follows Beijing time, so avoid waiting until the final day to use your Energy Points.
